Picturesque and blooming landscapes of Piedmont give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Franco Roero conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. Tasting note
The Barbera d'Asti Sichei is made from ancient vines, which are rooted on calcareous clay, in the municipality of Montegrosso d'Asti. After traditional fermentation on the mash for 15 days at a controlled temperature of 27°C, the wine is aged in barriques for 18 months.

Vinification
Intense ruby red with violet reflections. On the nose, inviting red fruit aromas of wild strawberries and cherries, plus spicy notes of pink pepper and nutmeg. On the palate, again, lots of fruit and aromas of coffee, some chocolate and a touch of graphite. Powerful, long-lasting finish
