About the wine
Do you already know the snappy Nebbiolo Barbaresco DOCG Pora born in 2014? If not, it's time! With sensitivity and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian winery Valter Musso masters this red wine in the fertile and blooming countryside of Piedmont. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you offer this Nebbiolo with truffle risotto or pizza.

Tasting note
A complex bouquet of dark cherries, raspberries and other wild berries emerges from the glass. These fruit aromas are accompanied by a slight hint of cinnamon and vanilla. Extremely typical of the variety. In the mouth, this wine impresses with its strong body and its long, energetic finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes very well with roast beef with red wine sauce, game, soft cheese.
Vinification
The must is macerated for 20 days and is fermented at 28°-30°C. The wine is then aged for one year in oak barrels with a size of 50 hl and another year in barrels with a capacity of 20 hl.
