About the wine
With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian winery Graci masters this red wine in the blooming and fertile landscape of Sicily. Vinification
Orientation of the vines: North-eastern side of Mount Etna at 600-700 meters above sea level, the harvest takes place at the end of October. Spontaneously fermented without temperature control in small oak barrels, maceration in contact with the skins for 30 to 90 days. Ageing: 24 months in large oak barrels. Malolactic fermentation takes place spontaneously.
