About the wine
If you're looking for something special, don't miss out on this dominant Amarone Riserva Valpolicella Classico DOCG wooden box. Tasting note
Deep cherry red with garnet red reflections. A fascinating spectrum of aromas of ripe red fruits, in particular black cherries, maraschino cherries and raspberries marinated in alcohol, accompanied by spicy notes of roasted coffee beans and carob, rounded off with a touch of balsamic. The first sip confirms the aromatic impressions, but despite this strong structure, it is balanced and elegant. The finish is long-lasting and harmonious, supported by good acidity and a lively tannin structure.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with stew, pot roast, venison and aged cheeses. Also pleasant as a meditation wine.
Vinification
60 months in large Slavonian oak barrels, then at least 24 months in the bottle.
