About the wine
The winemaker from the Italian winery Albino Armani has absolutely mastered his craft. Elegance and finesse are the hallmarks of this red wine, which originates in the blooming and enchanting landscape in Veneto. With the special Amarone Cuslanus Valpolicella Classico DOC from 2013, you will positively surprise your friends.

Tasting note
Intense ruby red. The nose is fruity with plum and sour cherry. An elegant wine, pleasing on the palate but racy, with good acidity and mild tannins for a long development.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with typical autumn and winter dishes, such as roasts, osso bucco and game, but also with dried meat, mature cheeses and typical dishes, such as pasta and fagioli and risotto all'Amarone. Even alone after a meal or as a meditation wine.
Vinification
This wine was prepared using the Recioto process. According to ancient tradition, the grape wilts in a designated room (fruttaio) at an altitude of 640 m above sea level, without artificial dehumidifiers, and the slowness of natural wilting is accepted. The resulting raisins are then pressed, completely fermented and aged in barrels for three years.
