The winemaker from the Italian winery Kellerei St-Michael masteres this white wine with sensitivity and intuition in the picturesque and blooming landscape of South Tyrol. With this present white wine 2022 — Alto Adige Gewürztraminer Fallwind DOC, the term taste takes on a new meaning. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this Gewürztraminer with shrimp or crab dishes.
Tasting note
Strong straw yellow on the nose, it smells of exotic fruits and intense roses. Intense, elegant and varied in taste
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with creamy risotto in all its facets — whether with saffron, porcini mushrooms, pumpkin or pure. Excellent with mature hard cheeses — from Parmigiano Reggiano and Sbrinz to pecorino or older alpine cheese.
