Tasting note

Vinification
The production method is traditional, also known as méthode champenoise. In this case, a base wine is first produced, in this case from 100% Chardonnay, which is then bottled. By adding a little yeast and sugar, the second fermentation is stimulated, which brings the carbonic acid into the bottle.
