The Fiano grape variety is well known in the province of Campania, but its cultivation in Salento is more recent. Here, it develops more freshness and a mineral character, which gives this white wine its own character. The intense fruit aroma is complemented by floral scents and honey notes on the nose. Fresh and fruity with a well-balanced body, the Fiano from Castello Monaci is on the palate and impresses with its straight-lined style and its fruity finish, which lingers on for quite a long time.
