Bio
Tasting note
Dark ruby, youthful purple edge, typical cherry fruit on the nose which is underlined by fine berry aromas. Very fruit-dominant and soft on the palate, well-integrated acidity, delicate tannins, soft long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Flaschenpöstler-Tipp: Zweigelt passt hervorragend zu Wiener Schnitzel, Roastbeef und Zwiebelrostbraten.
Vinification
Maceration time 14-21 days at a fermentation temperature between 28-31 degrees. The wine was aged for 12 months in large wooden barrels.
