Tasting note
The wine has the floral notes and aromas of white fruit from the grape variety, but also a hint of almonds in a medium-bodied white wine with intense acidity, very refreshing.

We recommend with fresh cheese, light food, vegetables and seafood.
Vinification
Fermentation with local yeasts. Both fermentation and maturation took place in concrete barrels. No malolactic fermentation
