Tasting note
The wine has aromas of fresh red fruit with herbaceous notes. In the mouth, it has a good mineral texture, great acidity. A long and deep wine.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with red meat, empanadas and grilled vegetables, as well as pasta and pizza.
Vinification
Fermentation with local yeasts. Both fermentation and maturation took place in concrete barrels. No malolactic fermentation
