Tasting note
It is a tasty, almost slightly ethereal wine with notes of dried herbs, strawberries, blueberries and crushed stones. Calcareous tannins give the red fruit firmness on the palate.

Goes well with Asian, Indian or Mexican dishes, seafood and fish
Vinification
Fermentation with local yeasts. Both fermentation and maturation took place in concrete barrels. No malolactic fermentation
