About the wine
We have a special Aragonês from 2015 for you, which is a source of enthusiasm among many wine connoisseurs. With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Portuguese winery Amoreira da Torre- Organic Wines Lda masters this red wine in the sunny and picturesque landscape of the Alentejo. Tasting note
Its immaculate golden yellow adds style and elegance to any festive occasion. You won't find this shade in any color catalog. The Zebro's playful bouquet of black cherry, chocolate and cooked blackberry shows a complex aroma character and plenty of culinary potential. The present nuances of prune, clove and marmalade create their individual texture. Present acidity results in the red wine, which shows a lot of character and class harmoniously with fine tannins in the mouth.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The perfect drinking temperature for the organic red wine is a slightly chilled 18°C. The wine should be enjoyed during this period: 6-7 years. Flaschenpost team tip: Zebro goes well with lamb and poultry dishes.

A few words about vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, maturation for 6 months in French oak barrels.
