Tasting note
Dark ruby red. Full-bodied aromas, fruity, slightly spicy. Balanced structure, ripe tannins, elegant, racy; combines the delicacy and elegance of Pinot Noir with the fruitiness of Gamay. The garanoir gives it its fullness.

Beef carpaccio, venison terrine, grilled fish, red meat, vegetable gratin, quiche lorraine, soft cheese.
