About the wine

The “Yarden Rosé” reveals an aromatic bouquet of fruity notes such as sour cherry, strawberry, raspberry and watermelon. In addition, this rosé spoils the nose with scents of flowers, lemongrass, lime peel and minerals. Medium-bodied, the “Yarden Rosé” is dry and refreshing. This tempting rosé wine consists exclusively of Tinta Caõ grapes grown on the “Geshur” vineyard in the southern Golan Heights. After a few experiments by the “Golan Heights Winery”, the experts discovered that the Tinta Caõ variety is an excellent basis for this tempting wine. The delicate rose color with fresh aromas comes from traditional processing, where the grapes are harvested by hand before they are fully pressed.
