Tasting note
The WHITE Cuvée is the ideal introduction to Andi Weigand's natural wines. Fresh and juicy - when nicely chilled, it runs in like water. Pressed over an old basket press and filled in May.

Vinification
The grapes come from vineyards that are over 40 years old. Spontaneous fermentation in old wooden barrels. Filled without addition of sulfur and without filtration.
