Tasting note
Bright, cloudy amber, orange reflexes. Hints of orange blossom, tobacco-like, mineral touch, yellow fruit nuances. Super juicy, fine nutty note, delicate rancio, freshly structured, fruit overlaid with tannin and a lot of pull.
Culinary recommendation
Goes with anything fun! For aperitifs or cold starters with shellfish or sea fish - a natural fish lover. However, it also goes well with Asian spicy dishes.
