About the wine

The Schäfer-Fröhlich family cultivates 24 ha of vineyards in the beautiful hills on the Nahe, 6 ha in the steep Bockenauer Felseneck slope forms the main site. The different rock soils form the basis for authentic, wonderfully mineral wines. Tim Fröhlich, who has received numerous awards and honours (e.g. Winemaker of the Year), has a fascinating range of Rieslings. Brilliant with the seductive sweetness of the natural residual sugar, this selection shows the race, complexity and aromatic richness of great Riesling wines.
