About the wine
Christmas 2021 is just around the corner! Make the most of it with this outstanding Pinot Blanc 2020 — Weissburgunder Ton&Mergel! You can describe nature with such words as hilly or mountainous. However, the Austrian winery Manfred Tement is trying to express the beauty of its homeland with this white wine. We think he succeeded! The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you offer this Pinot Blanc with tapas or smoked salmon.

Tasting note
Everybody's darling. It goes with everything and everyone. Yellow apple and white currants on the nose, paired with a touch of exoticism. Hearty, juicy acidity, minerality and immense drinking flow on the palate

Our favorite for the classic “Wiener Schnitzel”.
Vinification
This organic wine comes from eight of our best vineyards with a total of 12 plots, grown on clay-rich calcareous marl soils. The grapes were selectively harvested by hand and impressively reflect their southern Styrian origins. Ideal degrees of maturity as well as gentle aging coordinated with fruit and vibrancy characterize this traditional wine with a strong emphasis on its origins.
