The cuvée of Zweigelt and Blaufränkisch was spontaneously fermented, matured on fine yeast for half a year and then perfected using the traditional bottle fermentation method. After 27 months in the bottle, the sparkling wine was ready for disgorging and is bell-clear and elegant.
