Tasting note
Clear golden-yellow in color. On the nose, the first harbingers of wood and light mineral notes paired with citrus fruit. On the palate, the secondary aromas are further developed. Slight acid play. With a nice long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Aperitif, fine vegetable cuisine, light fish dishes and not too sweet desserts.
