Tasting note
Brilliant lemon yellow. Expressive and very aromatic on the nose. Notes of citrus fruits, ripe peaches, herbal spiciness and minerality. On the palate, very intense acidity with balancing fruitiness. Balanced and with complex aromas. Elegant, fascinating and long-lasting.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fish, aperitifs and Asian dishes.
Vinification
Selected grapes from the individual Kugler vineyard are fermented in the classic way and then aged on the fine yeast for another 9 months.
