About the wine
Great wine with melted wood. Fine and complex nose with notes of grilled pineapple. Tender wood, sunny, delicious mouth with exceptional development.

Culinary recommendation
Goes well with prawns, veal, lobster, scallops
Vinification
On arrival in the wine cellar, the grapes are pneumatically pressed by gravity. The grapes are immediately clarified. Slow vinification and aging in 500-liter oak barrels, on lees, for 9 months. Ageing in bottles, in the dark, at a constant temperature, for 4 years in underground tuff cellars dug by hand.
