About the wine
The gravelly, calcareous soils in Burgundy form the breeding ground for this Pinot Noir. The winemaker from the French winery Remoissenet Père & fils knows how to use them and delights us with this red wine. Do you already know the dominant Pinot Noir Vosne-Romanee vintage 2015? Tasting note
The Vosne-Romanee aromas of mushrooms and caramel candy express a lot of finesse with a very individual structure. Afterwards, the playful nuances of raspberry, cherry and vanilla reveal their own character. Its elegant ruby red crowns every festive occasion with style and elegance. You won't find this color in any color palette. Medium-strong body and dominant acidity result in the fruity red wine, which harmoniously shows a lot of character and class with fine tannins in the mouth.
Culinary recommendation
Flaschenpöstler tip: Vosne-Romanee goes great with salmon, red meat, and duck. Our recommendation: The perfect drinking temperature for red wine is a slightly chilled 16°-18°C.
