Tasting note
Bright yellow with greenish reflections. Delicate perlage. On the nose, floral notes of elderberry and lime blossoms, subtle citrus fruit, ice candy, delicate nutmeg. Refreshing start, harmonious combination of natural residual sweetness and fresh acidity, pleasant moussage on the palate, elegant body, lasting, aromatic finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitif and cheese.
Vinification
The white grapes specially selected by us are vinified to make the base wine. The second fermentation in a pressure tank results in this charming, fruity and sparkling sparkling wine. Its exotic fruit, paired with a pleasant residual sweetness, gives off a sparkling feeling of elation.
