Dark ruby red with purple reflections — the nose shows both power and elegance and is wonderfully multi-faceted. In addition to ripe fruit notes of wild berries and cherries, floral notes also appear, which gives the wine a certain lightness. The use of French oak is noticeable and tasty, but due to the fact that both classic 225l barriques and larger 500l barrels were used, the fruit still dominates. The grapes for this single-vineyard wine come from the town of Lanciego and it was the old owner's dream for a long time that a great wine would be pressed from here.
