Atalayas de Golban was founded in 2004 by the bustling siblings Emma and Miguel Angel Sánchez.
Tasting note
With a cheerful but not an easy mind. The appearance is joyful and optimistic, lots of bright dark berries and fruits, gradually more profound. Light-footed and lively on the palate, yet not naive, the pure fruit and freshness are followed by subtle spiciness and soft tannins. It looks good on him and arouses interest; the glass is emptied in no time. How nice that this fine treat is very cheap.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with tapas.

3 months in used French barriques.
