About the wine
The wine-growing areas of the French winery Domaine Galuval - Moreau extend across the landscapes of the Côtes du Rhône, where the experienced winemaker produces this white wine. If we can offer something special for Christmas 2021, it's this mild white wine 2020 Viognier Méditerranée IGP. Culinary tip from Flaschenpöstler: This Viognier can be served very well with potatoes or roasted poultry with lemon sauce.

Tasting note
Soft golden yellow. Aroma: Floral on the nose with notes of yellow fruit. Velvety and extra rich on the palate with aromas of mirabelle and lime blossom. A well-structured, very drinkable and refreshing wine.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with mussels and crustaceans appetizers, fish dishes, white meat. A perfect apéro wine!
Vinification
Temperature-controlled fermentation, aging in stainless steel tanks.
