About the wine
This powerful Canaiolo 2015 — Vino Nobile Montepulciano DOCG gives the term taste a new meaning. Blooming and fertile Tuscan landscapes give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Poderi Boscarelli conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. Culinary tip from Flaschenpöstler: This canaiolo can be served very well with pasta bolognese or Parma ham.
Tasting note
The Vino Nobile has an intense purple red with slight garnet shimmers. Very fruity bouquet with aromas of red berries, currants, cherries and light notes of coffee and spices. Juicy, robust wine of great elegance and crisp freshness.

Vinification
Traditional mash fermentation takes place in steel tanks for 7 days at a temperature of between 28 and 30°C. The maturation takes place in 350 to 2000 liter Slovenian or French oak barrels for 18 to 24 months.
