Tasting note
Vina Sastre Roble is a cherry-red, very fruity and elegant wine with a mineral note. It delights with its aromas of dark forest fruits, bread bark, spices and some vanilla. A powerful and opulent red wine that seduces with finesse and shines with an immense aftertaste. A wine that is second to none when it comes to value for money!

Goes well with grilled lamb fillet, dark meat
Vinification
The grapes for the Roble come from 17-30-year-old vines, which take root along the Duero River at around 800 m above sea level. When caring for the vineyards, no chemicals are used. The wine is aged in French and American oak for 10 months before being bottled.
