Intense amber yellow. Complex notes of dried and candied fruit, with nuances of apricots and orange peel and a yellow floral aftertaste Robust and very important, complex and convincing, with great elegance and softness, opulent, with a lingering finish and good freshness.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with blue cheese, panettone and pandoro, vanilla cream desserts and dry pastries.
Vinification
The Vin Santo di Carmignano Riserva di Capezzana is a raisin wine of great consistency, with an elegant and complex bouquet and notes of candied dried fruit combined with nuances of apricots and orange peel. It is stored in small chestnut, cherry and oak barrels for 5 years.
