A full-bodied yet elegant and velvety soft wine with a nice balance and a tasty, long-lasting finish.

Goes well with beef carpaccio, beef tartare, Vitello tonnato, bistecca alla fiorentina, venison, young, mild hard cheese, dark chocolate desserts.
