About the wine
With this dominant white wine 2016 — Villa Torre Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico Superiore DOC, the term taste takes on a new meaning. Blooming and fertile Marche landscapes give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Tenuta di Tavignano conjures up this white wine with refinement and sensitivity. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this verdicchio with salmon dishes or spaghetti.

Tasting note
It is the main wine of the Tenuta di Tavignano consisting of 100% from the variety that has been local here for centuries Verdicchio. The entire vineyard was grown from 1992 to 1995 renewed to include only high-quality wines with to produce relatively low yields. The Verdicchio of Tenuta di Tavignano shows wonderfully fresh notes of white flowers and fruits; lively breed on the palate, nice sustainability.

Vinification
Die Vinifikation fand wie folgt statt: Es ist der Hauptwein der Tenuta di Tavignano bestehend zu 100% aus der seit Jahrhunderten hier heimischen Sorte Verdicchio. Der ganze Rebberg wurde von 1992 bis 1995 erneuert, um nur noch hochstehende Qualitätsweine mit relativ niedrigen Erträgen zu erzeugen.
