Tasting note
Fresh citrus and flower aromas immediately flow out of the glass. A delicious, crisp summer wine. Carefree, invigorating and refreshing. The acidity is perfect in the medium range and goes perfectly with the minerality in the wine. Crystal clear and very clean, the wine is ideal for everything between aperitif, seafood, light pasta and vegetarian food. That is Tuscan zest for life, in fact “Gioia”. Now also certified organic.
Vinification
The reduction of grapes on the vine, the careful harvesting by hand. Fermentation is carried out using high technology: computer-controlled stainless steel tanks regulate the temperature to 15 — 16 °C during 15 to 20-day fermentation.
