About the wine
The proximity to the sea, the mineral-rich soil and the Mediterranean breeze give the wines an unmistakable uniqueness in combination with the autochthonous grape varieties. Bodegas Vi Rei is Mallorca's southernmost winery. The sea glitters behind the vast vineyards.
Tasting note
On the nose, aromas of white fruits, orange blossom, vanilla, cinnamon and honey. Balanced, voluminous on the palate with a long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with all types of poultry such as duck, chicken or quail, but also with seafood, pasta or rice dishes
Vinification
Grape harvest at the end of August at perfect ripeness, fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, then aged for two months in new French oak barrels.
