Tasting note
The playful bouquet of Vernatxa Terra Alta DO of red plum, clove and prune cleverly plays with your sense of smell. Afterwards, playful nuances of red cherry and cinnamon resolutely and consciously convince your taste buds. A white wine with a strong body and distinctive acidity, which develops its complex structure harmoniously with finely developed tannins on the tongue and palate.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with antipasti & finger food, fish & seafood, chicken, salad and vegetarian dishes.
Vinification
6 months in 500L oak barrels.
