About the wine
The winemaker from the Italian winery Panizzi has absolutely mastered his craft. Style and finesse are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the flourishing and fertile Tuscan countryside. You will definitely enjoy the fine Vernaccia San Gimignano DOCG, which was produced in 2016.
Tasting note
Color: Medium, bright lemon yellow with iridescent green-gray reflections. Aromatics: A fresh-fruity bouquet of yellow apples, citrus fruits and plums, underlined by a floral touch of white flowers, finely earthy and mineral with a vegetal touch. Body: Very long, lively start, medium-bodied, elegant structure, juicy acidity, ending in the finale with a delicate tart and a distinctive salty note. Quality: Fresh, youthful and varietal wine, is a pleasure to drink.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with chicken in fig sauce, pasta with creamy sauces, sushi and raw fish.
