Tasting note
Dark ruby red wine with pleasant notes of ripe red fruit and tobacco, the taste is dry, soft and offers elegant, long-lasting spicy notes. Honored as the best Merlot International at this year's Mondial du Merlot in Valais.

Vinification
Dry the grapes for 20 days. This is followed by gentle grape pressing and controlled mash fermentation at 22°C. 12 months aging in French oak barrels and 3 months in bottle.
