Tasting note
Bright purple, spicy and herbaceous aromas on the nose that solidify beautifully with the first sip on the palate, fresh berry fruit, soft texture and clean finish.

Vinification
Maceration of 15 days, fermentation takes place in steel tanks. 14 months in barrique maturation, 6 months in bottle aging.
