Tasting note
The name “Due” stands for the two grape varieties, the two years of aging and the two fermentation processes. In other words, 1/3 of the grapes are dried and then emptied together with the rest of the must in a second fermentation. Garnet red, fine fruit aromas, including cherries, appear on the nose. Floral on the palate, lots of wild berries and soft tannins.
