This cuvée was created through a special selection. The harvest that had already been selected was reduced once again, so that only the ripest of the grapes were used. Clean bouquet, intense aromas of very ripe apples and pears, tamarinds, pears, bananas, and baker's yeast. Perceptible acidity, the finish slightly bitter and aromatic with notes of rose water, apricot, pineapple and graphite. Not everyday this wine, let yourself be surprised.
