Tasting note
Deep purple. Aromatic on the nose, with notes of ripe red and black fruits, licorice and Mediterranean spices. Fresh on the palate, with a nice structure and well-integrated tannins. Mineral aromas with notes of spices.
Vinification
Hand harvest. 12-month aging in traditional concrete vats and partly in wooden barrels.
