Tasting note
Vegante is a wine of genuine elegance, made according to the principles of vegan philosophy and without the use of animal products when grown, vinified and stabilized. It impresses with floral and fruity aromas on the nose. Cherry, violet and strawberry on a background of undergrowth. The elegance of the nose returns in the mouth with a crisp and dynamic sip. Balanced between structure and acidity and with a long aftertaste of fruit, delicate spices and balsamic notes.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with pasta, stewed and oven dishes, meat, cheese and hearty fish dishes.
