Tasting note
Rich cherry red. On the nose, scents of black currants, cherries, plums and blackberries. Intensive start, rich body with lots of melting, fine tannins and mild acidity. Intense fruit sweetness on the finish.
Vinification
Classic mash fermentation with a long shelf life, then aged for 10 months on fine yeast in stainless steel tanks.
