Tasting note
Pale yellow Intense aromas of citrus and tropical fruits, green apple and peach. A refreshing start on the palate, rich body with juicy acidity, melts and a subtle flint aroma. Very intense, long-lasting finish.
Vinification
Cold maceration for 12 hours and aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks on fine yeast using batonnage, which gives the wine more meltiness.
