About the wine

Blooming and fertile landscapes of Valtellina give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Triacca conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. Tasting note
Spicy bouquet of dried fruits and red berries. Robust with a racy acid structure, rustic and typical of its kind. Complex, with well-integrated tannins and long-lasting finish.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with hearty, dark meat dishes of beef, lamb, deer or even with mushroom dishes and truffles.
Vinification
After fermentation, it is aged for 24 months in large Slovenian oak barrels.
