About the wine
Beautiful and fertile landscapes of the Upper Ebro give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Spanish winery Valserrano conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. With the present Tempranillo 2011 — Valserrano Crianza, nuances and accents are redefined. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you serve this Tempranillo with barbecue or red meat.
Tasting note
Vivid impenetrable black-cherry red color in the glass. On the nose, there is a subtle scent of cedar and cinnamon, complemented by intense notes of cherries, elderflowers and laurel. On the palate, Valserrano Crianza has very silky tannins and full aromas of herbs and boxwood surrounded by wonderful notes of black chocolate and cocktail cherries.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with beef, poultry, paella
Vinification
The Valserrano Crianza matures for 16 months in American and French oak barrels.
