Tasting note
Bright ruby red. Intense aromas of fresh, red cherries and roses, supported by a slightly peppery note. Fresh and lively on the palate, elegant body with fine tannins and subtle acidity. Very fruity finish.
Vinification
The Valpolicella is made from the local grape varieties Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella. While Rondinella makes an important contribution to the color of the wine, Corvina and Corvinone are rich in polyphenols and tannins and are therefore important for the structure of the wine.
