Tasting note
This wine comes from old vines that grow on the terraces in the hills of Marano and Val D'Illasi. The scent is fruity with aromas of wild cherries and plums. The character of this wine is defined by the elegant balance between body and freshness, it has a nice length and reflects the terroir of its origin
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with traditional northern Italian dishes, salami, pasta or rice with meat sauce, grilled or fried poultry or veal.
Vinification
Fermentation and aging in small stainless steel tanks to preserve the fruity aroma of the grapes.
