About the wine
The vineyards are located at an altitude of 250 to 450 m above sea level in Valpolicella Classico. The soils are made of tuff with clay and lime deposits. The grapes are harvested at the beginning of October.

Tasting note
Bright ruby red color and an elegant, intense scent that is reminiscent of rose hip blossoms, red fruits and spices, especially green pepper. On the palate, the wine is spicy and dry with a long-lasting aftertaste.

It is perfect for grilled meats, pot roasts of all kinds and well-aged cheeses.
